About the Role:

The Senior ICT Architect will be accountable for undertaking work with a high level of complexity and/or sensitivity that delivers quality outcomes across the ICT support service functions of the organisation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Resolve complex IT related issues and risks across wide-ranging activities of substantial depth involving significant detail.
  • Develop and participate in the implementation of initiatives focused on the reduction of technology risk, governance and compliance to policies and regulatory compliance.

Essential Criteria:

  • Minimum of five years' experience working as a solution architect with Government Organizations.
  • Demonstrated experience and in-depth knowledge across solution architecture and industry best practice, including demonstrated skills and experience across all architecture domains (i.e. business, information, security, data, technology, integration, and application).
  • Demonstrated experience as a solution architect using Microsoft products and platforms and experience with digital transformations.
  • Proven ability in one of the above-mentioned areas like identity and access, data storage and analytics, payment and debt management, fraud and case management.
  • Understanding of governance concepts with a focus on ICT, policy/standards development, documentation of frameworks, and assisting in the reporting to Senior Executive.
  • Possess high level of communication skills, demonstrating an ability to communicate at the technical, business and personal levels and initiate, establish and maintain strong relationships with a broad range of stakeholders.
  • Strong oral and written communication skills, including ability to undertake stakeholder engagement across internal and external stakeholders.
  • Tertiary qualifications in an ICT related field or applicable industry certifications.
