This is an exciting opportunity to be part of our dynamic cross-functional team at a newly established facility.

As an Operator Maintainer, your primary responsibility will be to ensure seamless operations by promptly addressing system faults of both technical and operational nature, thereby contributing to business growth.

  • Monitoring, operating, and troubleshooting faults in automated material handling equipment within a fast-paced production environment.
  • Efficiently resolving machine faults using logical problem-solving techniques, even at heights of up to 30 meters while adhering to safety protocols.
  • Utilizing literacy, numeracy, and IT skills to interpret and maintain data and fault information accurately.
  • Maintaining high standards of housekeeping and hygiene.
  • Collaborating with the maintenance team to ensure the machines remain in optimal condition and reporting any anomalies.
  • Adhering to safety guidelines to maintain a secure working environment for all staff.

Requirements

  • Demonstrating a commitment to safety, meticulous attention to detail, and effective problem-solving skills.
  • Showing genuine interest in automation and technology, coupled with a willingness to learn new concepts and procedures.
  • Developing strong communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across different teams.
  • Willingsness to work rotating shifts, including days, evenings, weekends, and public holidays.
  • Able to accurately identify colors such as red, blue, white, yellow, and green.
  • Meeting physical fitness requirements, including frequent walking, climbing, lifting up to 25kgs unassisted, and working at heights of up to 30 meters (with appropriate training and safety gear provided).
