Site Leadership Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Site Leader to oversee the daily operations of custom home projects in Queensland. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring works are completed safely, on time, and to a high standard.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Manage daily construction activities and ensure compliance with building codes and safety regulations.
  • Liaise with clients and stakeholders to provide updates and resolve issues.
  • Conduct quality checks and maintain accurate site records, progress reports, and documentation.
  • Schedule materials and manage subcontractors, trades, and apprentices.

Key Requirements:

  • A current QBCC licence is essential.
  • 5+ years' experience in residential construction supervision, preferably within custom home building.
  • Strong knowledge of building codes, safety regulations, and local council processes.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and organisational skills.
