Account Manager Position

We are seeking a skilled professional to fill the role of Account Manager. In this position, you will play a crucial part in developing and maintaining client relationships by ensuring clients receive maximum value from our platform.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, fostering strong, long-term relationships with key stakeholders.
  • Lead regular meetings to review performance, understand upcoming needs, and maintain open communication channels.
  • Ensure client objectives are well understood and reflected in ongoing service delivery.
  • Respond to client inquiries and issues in a timely, helpful manner.
  • Identify opportunities to increase platform usage or introduce new features that support evolving client needs.
  • Support the preparation of pricing proposals, usage reviews, and renewal documentation.
  • Manage renewal timelines to maintain long-term client relationships.
  • Assist in onboarding new sites, teams, or users as clients expand their use of our platform.
  • Highlight how platform improvements align with client goals.
  • Help clients maximize platform benefits through education, guidance, and support.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to deliver updates, integrations, or custom configurations where required.
  • Maintain up-to-date internal documentation of notes, actions, and account developments.
  • Coordinate with implementation and support teams to ensure consistent service resolution.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • At least 3 years' experience in account management, customer support, or client-facing roles.
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Good commercial awareness and ability to discuss pricing, renewals, and growth opportunities.
  • Well-organized and confident managing multiple accounts and tasks concurrently.
