
Psychological Leadership Consultant

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Lead School Psychologist to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will provide leadership and support to school psychologists across the region, ensuring they have the skills and resources needed to deliver high-quality services to students and families.
About the Role:
- Provide professional supervision and support to school psychologists, including those who are provisionally registered.
- Ensure the quality of practice meets professional standards and departmental policies.
- Lead in the development and implementation of contemporary psychological practices, programs, and interventions.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to build capacity and influence system policy and operations.
- Develop and lead strategic partnerships to achieve systemic change and improve outcomes for students and families.
Key Responsibilities:
- Leadership and guidance to school psychologists, including professional supervision and mentoring.
- Development and implementation of high-quality programs and interventions to meet the needs of students and families.
- Critical evaluation and feedback on the school psychology profession, system policy, and operation.
- Strategic partnership building to drive systemic change and improvement.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Advanced degree in Psychology or related field.
- General registration with the Psychology Board of Australia.
- Provisional registration is also acceptable.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively with diverse stakeholders.
- Experience working in education or healthcare settings preferred.
