Advanced Clinical Content Developer

A highly experienced professional with advanced scientific expertise is required to coordinate and write high-quality clinical documents for a diverse range of therapeutic areas. This role can be based remotely, from anywhere in Australia, offering flexibility and work-life balance.
About the OpportunityYou will join a high-performing team of 17 experienced Medical Writers & Editors, working collaboratively to deliver excellent results. Your responsibilities will include coordinating, writing, and editing clinical trial documents, ensuring quality standards are met.
Main Responsibilities- Develop and maintain comprehensive knowledge of ICH GCP, ICH E3 guidelines, medical terminology, and clinical trial processes.
- Serve as primary technical contact for other departments and stakeholders, providing expert advice and guidance.
- Mentor junior Medical Writers and contribute to the growth and development of the team.
- Bachelor's degree in a scientific or relevant discipline.
- Higher degree (desirable).
- At least 2 years of experience in Medical Writing, including clinical trial documents.
- Minimum 3 years in the biotech/pharma/clinical research industry.
- Strong report writing skills and experience with peer-reviewed publications.
- Excellent time management and organizational skills.
- Mentoring or leadership experience.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Proactive, reliable, and able to work independently.
- Supportive of a positive team culture.
- Proficient in MS Office.
