Job Description

A key role in orchestrating processes and execution, driving continuous improvement, and delivering business value at scale using SAFe methodologies.

  • Lead the Agile Release Train (ART) as the chief Scrum Master, ensuring alignment with enterprise objectives and agile principles.
  • Facilitate PI Planning, ART Syncs, Scrum of Scrums, and System Demos to drive team collaboration and effective goal-setting.
  • Collaborate with Product Management, System Architects, and Business Owners to ensure clear objectives and prioritization across the program.
  • Manage risks, dependencies, and impediments impacting multiple teams and escalate where necessary to minimize delays.
  • Monitor progress toward PI goals using metrics and tools such as Jira, ADO, or Rally to inform data-driven decisions.
  • Promote a culture of continuous improvement and coach teams and stakeholders on SAFe practices and agile maturity to enhance organizational agility.
  • Ensure transparency by tracking and reporting program-level progress, quality, and delivery metrics to stakeholders.
  • Drive collaboration between teams, suppliers, and stakeholders across functions to maximize business outcomes through effective communication and coordination.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • 5+ years of experience in agile delivery roles (Scrum Master, Agile Coach, or Project/Program Manager), with at least 2 years as a Release Train Engineer or similar.
  • Strong knowledge and hands-on experience with SAFe, preferably with SAFe RTE certification to demonstrate expertise.
  • Experience leading large-scale Agile programs across distributed teams and complex technology environments to drive scalability and efficiency.
  • Proficiency with Agile planning and execution tools such as Jira, Jira Align, Azure DevOps, Rally, or similar to streamline workflow and improve productivity.
  • Exceptional facilitation, collaboration, and stakeholder engagement skills to build strong relationships and drive results.
  • Demonstrated ability to coach and mentor team members and influence organizational agility to enhance performance and growth.
  • Strong understanding of software development, DevOps, and Agile principles to provide strategic guidance and support.
  • Experience in enterprise digital transformation, cloud, or product delivery programs to leverage expertise and drive innovation.
  • Experience working in global or matrix organizations to navigate complexity and drive collaboration.
