We are seeking reliable and detail-oriented individuals to conduct customer experience reviews at retail outlets in Mount Isa, QLD.
Key Responsibilities:- Visit retail outlets and report on store presentation, service, selling skills, cleanliness, etc.
- Complete surveys online after each visit, taking 10-60 minutes per survey.
- Be available for multiple assignments based on your schedule and location.
- Good memory and attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills
- Access to the internet
- Flexibility and reliability
Please note that you will need to pose as a customer and make detailed observations about your experience during each visit. You will then complete an online survey about the visit, providing feedback on various aspects of the store's performance.
