Customer Service Representative
We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Service Representative to join our team. As a key member of our customer-facing staff, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our customers, responding to their inquiries and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide excellent customer service via phone, email, and in-person interactions
- Respond to customer inquiries and resolve any issues or concerns

- Meet and exceed customer satisfaction targets

Requirements:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Proven customer service experience, preferably in a retail or trade setting
- High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in a related field preferred
- Basic computer skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office
