Customer Service Supervisor role available in a highly competitive supermarket environment.
The successful applicant will report directly to the Customer Service Manager and be given the training and skills required to run and supervise the Customer Service Department in their absence.
This is a full-time position requiring weekend and closing shifts, with applicants expected to demonstrate exceptional customer service skills, communication skills, and an ability to work effectively as part of a team.
- Responsibilities:
- Manage customer inquiries and resolve issues efficiently
- Liaise with team members and management to achieve sales targets
- Maintain high standards of customer service and product knowledge
