As a Senior Rehabilitation Consultant, you will play a key role in our team, working with clients to recover from injury and return to work through a client-centred approach.

Responsibilities include:

  • Managing a portfolio of cases, including Workers Compensation NSW, NDIS, CTP ComCare, and WHS
  • Conducting Workplace Assessments, Functional and Vocational Assessments, and Ergonomic Assessments
  • Providing return to work services for clients
  • Documenting case notes and reporting compliance requirements
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with key stakeholders

About You

We're looking for someone who shares our values and has:

  • Proven Occupational Rehabilitation experience
  • Extensive NSW Legislative WC knowledge
  • A university degree in Occupational Therapy, Physiotherapy, Exercise Physiology, Psychology, or Rehab Counselling
  • AHPRA/ASORC/RCAA/ESSA accreditation
  • A passion for helping people
  • A full driver's license and access to a car
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
