Employer Brand Specialist Job Summary

This role is responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies to elevate the organization's reputation as an employer of choice.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and refine the employer value proposition (EVP) to ensure it resonates with diverse talent segments.
  • Partner with the marketing team to plan, optimize, and execute recruitment campaigns across paid and owned channels.
  • Oversee the careers site and landing pages to ensure a seamless candidate experience.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to develop high-quality communication materials and authentic content.
  • Monitor and analyze key metrics to optimize candidate experience and marketing strategies.
Requirements:
  • 3+ years in employer branding or related consumer marketing roles.
  • Proven track record in creating and executing marketing campaigns with strong expertise in analytics tools.
  • Experience in content production and storytelling across social platforms.
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence cross-functional leaders.
