Key Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Streamline production processes to optimize efficiency and quality in timber joinery, CNC routing, and assembly through engineering and process refinement.
  • Oversee the development and maintenance of ISO 9001 quality systems; ensure audits and corrective actions are completed promptly.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 5 years in industrial engineering, preferably in timber, furniture, or manufacturing sectors.
  • Knowledge of CNC machining, jig and fixture design, and factory layout planning is essential.
  • Lean Six Sigma, ISO 9001, and continuous improvement experience or certification is highly valued.
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD/SolidWorks, ERP/MES, and data analytics platforms is required.
  • Experience in CAPEX projects, automation, and multi-site initiatives is desirable.
  • Valid driver's license and ability to travel across Australia is necessary.
