About the Position:

This is a rare opportunity for an experienced Family Lawyer (4–8+ years PAE) to step into a senior role with the tools, resources, and mentorship to elevate their career.

You'll manage a varied and stimulating caseload including complex parenting disputes, property settlements, financial agreements, divorce, de facto and same-sex relationship matters, and domestic violence matters. You'll also provide guidance to junior solicitors while benefiting from hands-on support from a team of Paralegals, who take care of non-legal tasks such as billing and marketing.

Whether you're aiming for Specialist Accreditation or aspiring to reach Partnership, this firm will back your ambitions every step of the way.

Key Requirements:
  • 4–8+ years PAE in Family Law, ideally within private practice
  • Demonstrated ability to handle a full caseload independently
  • Prior experience mentoring junior lawyers
  • Strong interest in achieving or already holding Specialist Accreditation
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and a team-driven mindset
