Job Description

This role requires exceptional leadership skills to manage project portfolios at maximum efficiency, ensuring successful delivery outcomes for customers. The ideal candidate will lead a team of Project Managers in delivering projects, focusing on business unit planning, training, staff development, and overall delivery performance.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver exceptional project outcomes for customers through outstanding management and organisational skills
  • Lead a team of Project Managers in delivering projects, utilising effective project plans and timelines
  • Foster a culture of innovation and excellence within the team by mitigating project risks and ensuring successful project delivery
  • Develop and implement efficient resource management strategies to maximise project portfolio performance
  • Manage project resources effectively to meet customer expectations

Requirements

  • Proven experience in project management within the AV sector
  • Demonstrable evidence of having managed a team to achieve project goals
  • Hands-on experience with system designs & schematics, works programmes, flowcharts, technical documentation, contract deliverables, and schedules
  • Procurement, project planning, resource management, basic financial skills, and knowledge of project management software

Preferred Qualifications

  • Recognised technical qualification in ICT, mechanical, or electrical discipline
  • Recognised qualification in project management
