Lead Water Engineering Professional

Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Lead Water Engineering Professional to join our team in Sydney.

The ideal candidate will have expertise in various aspects of water engineering, including the scoping and development of engineering work packages, detailed design, analysis, construction/commissioning phase support, and troubleshooting of mechanical systems.

They will also have experience in strengthening and growing existing client connections and supporting the building of relevant new relationships as a trusted technical advisor.

Key qualifications include a Chartered Professional Engineer designation, a bachelor's degree in civil engineering, and strong understanding of water/wastewater industry standards and best practices.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Expertise in water engineering with emphasis on study involvement, budget, schedule, and scope management
  • Experience in developing engineering work packages with time-based estimates for deliverables
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with ability to understand complex engineering concepts
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with ability to work collaboratively with clients and internal stakeholders
  • Ability to understand client business needs and provide tailored solutions
