- Problem Solving: The ability to diagnose and solve problems, find alternatives and keep moving.
- Diverse Experience: Experience in both large corporate organizations and grassroots companies with a practical and analytical approach.
- Industry Expertise: Relevant industry experience, with a strong grasp of blue-collar tasks and project stages.
- A trade or operator background would benefit the role.
