Your Opportunity

We are seeking a qualified Physiotherapist to join our team in Newcastle and Lake Macquarie, working across Residential Aged Care and Community settings. As a member of our multidisciplinary team, you will provide personalized treatments and be involved in innovative ways of offering allied health services to our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • In the community, you will work with clients referred through government-funded models, including Home Care Packages, Short Term Restorative Care, and Commonwealth Home Support Programme.
  • Provide comprehensive assessments and clinical recommendations to support clients' activities of daily living, mobility, and transfers, falls risk and prevention, equipment requirements, pressure area care, and skin integrity management.
  • Demonstrate flexibility and adaptability to the needs of Plena Healthcare and the aged care facilities, working within the scope of the Occupational Therapy profession.
