Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Operations Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the BMS Operations Team, ensuring efficient monitoring and control of client connected facilities.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Monitor and control building management systems
  • Provide guidance to facility managers on day-to-day operational challenges
  • Manage contractor relationships and ensure compliance with contractual requirements
  • Proactively identify and communicate risks and propose solutions to management
Requirements

To be considered for this role, you will need:

  • A bachelor's degree in a relevant field
  • Proven experience in technical operations management, preferably in facilities management
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
  • An understanding of building management systems and critical operations
