We are seeking a seasoned Risk Professional to join our team as a Risk Analyst.

Job Description:

This role involves supporting the development, enhancement and leading of risk management programs.

  • Maintain assigned risk programs ensuring quality and compliance
  • Provide guidance and process improvement recommendations to business lines
  • Develop and maintain risk management tools and reporting
  • Stay updated on regulatory guidelines and industry best practices
  • Coordinate board and committee materials and presentations
  • Provide advisory support for company initiatives
Required Skills and Qualifications:

To succeed in this role you will need to have a Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Business, Finance, Economics, Accounting or Risk. You will also require 4-7 years experience in Financial Services with experience in Risk Management Programs, understanding of Enterprise/Operational Risk, Control Frameworks and Banking Products.
