About the Job Description

The successful candidate will have relevant hospitality experience, preferably in hotels, with knowledge of Opera/Opera Cloud and MS Office Suite. They will be able to deliver exceptional guest service, manage guest accounts efficiently, and ensure the Front Office operates in compliance with hotel policies, procedures, and service standards.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Deliver exceptional guest service, including personalized greetings and efficient check-in/out processes
  2. Manage guest accounts, process payments, and maintain accurate records of guest preferences and special requirements
  3. Ensure the Front Office is well-stocked and operate in compliance with hotel policies, procedures, and service standards
  4. Coordinate with housekeeping and other departments to fulfill guest needs and special requests
  5. Assist with concierge duties, providing local information and recommendations
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Relevant hospitality experience, preferably in hotels, with knowledge of Opera/Opera Cloud and MS Office Suite
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills with a strong customer service focus
  • Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
  • Flexible availability to work a rotating roster, including weekends and public holidays
  • Highly responsible and reliable with problem-solving skills
