Job Description:

We are seeking a talented Maintenance Technician to join our team. As a key member of our property management group, you will be responsible for ensuring the quality and integrity of our properties.

You will be working in a fast-paced environment, maintaining and repairing various systems and equipment to ensure that our residents live in safe and comfortable conditions.

Your primary objective will be to provide exceptional customer service while performing your duties in a timely and efficient manner.

Responsibilities:

  • Complete service requests within a reasonable timeframe.
  • Perform routine maintenance tasks as outlined by our Unit Inspection policy.
  • Assist Property Managers with inspections when necessary.
  • Conduct move-outs in accordance with our Move-Out Policy.
  • Participate in snow removal activities as needed.

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A high school diploma or equivalent.
  • Valid HVAC certification.
  • A valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
  • EPA designation/certification.
