Cement Tanker Driver Opportunity

Hy-Tec is a leading supplier of premixed concrete, aggregates, and sands. We are seeking an experienced Heavy-Combination (HC) licensed driver to drive a Cement Tanker on a permanent basis.

The successful candidate will be responsible for the loading and delivery of raw materials used in the production of concrete and aggregates to multiple sites, as well as vehicle upkeep.

This role offers the opportunity to work in a friendly and supportive team where your contribution will be valued.

Responsibilities
  • Loading and delivering raw materials to company sites within SEQ
  • Maintaining safety, health & environment standards
  • Complying with Chain of Responsibility (CoR), fatigue management and mass management requirements
  • Completing basic documentation
  • Maintaining professional customer relationships
  • Maintaining the vehicle in a clean and tidy condition
Requirements
  • Current HC drivers' licence with at least 12 months driving experience in multi/heavy combination vehicles
  • Ability to provide driver licence history check
  • Reliable team player attitude with a focus on customer service
  • Strong work ethic and sense of integrity to allow you to work independently
  • Prior tanker experience advantageous but not required
  • Relevant building/concrete industry experience advantageous but not required
