Disability Employment Specialist

We are seeking a dedicated professional to join our team as a Disability Employment Consultant. In this role, you will play a vital part in empowering individuals with disabilities to achieve sustainable employment and improve their overall quality of life.
Your primary objective will be to source suitable employment opportunities for job seekers, helping them identify their skills and secure long-term employment. You will also deliver exceptional customer service to both job seekers and employers, building strong relationships and increasing job seekers' capacity for employment through training and support services.
To excel in this position, you will need to be highly organized, possess excellent communication skills, and have the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. A current driver's licence and comprehensively insured vehicle are essential requirements, as well as eligibility to work in Australia and a willingness to complete necessary background checks.
