As a Process Development Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in enhancing operational efficiency and driving commercialization of products.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing and implementing production systems that integrate best practices.
This position requires collaboration with cross-functional teams to develop and implement cost-saving initiatives, energy reduction plans, and waste minimization strategies.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide technical expertise to support departments in process-related issues.
- Develop knowledge and awareness of CI and LEAN principles among senior leaders and shop floor employees.
- Lead the TPM Pillar streams of work, focusing on loss analysis and improvement initiatives.
- Conduct data analysis to identify current gaps and opportunities for improvement.
The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of plant operations, packaging, and processing equipment engineering.
Experience in TPM/LEAN is highly desirable, along with excellent written and verbal communication skills across all levels of the organization.
Requirements:- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Chemical, Mechanical, Electrical, or Industrial preferred.
- Food Science or extensive applicable trade experience in FMCG environments.
- Sound working knowledge of plant operations, packaging, and processing equipment engineering.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Prior experience in similar roles is beneficial, but not essential. If you are passionate about process development and improving operational efficiency, we encourage you to apply.
