Mental Health Clinical Director

About the Job:
\This is an exciting opportunity to lead a multidisciplinary team of mental health clinicians in providing expert clinical services, governance and support to children and young people experiencing symptoms of mental illness.
\The Clinical Lead will be responsible for assessing and developing evidence-based interventions with children, adolescents and their families/carers experiencing high level acuity of mental health issues.
\To be successful in this role, you will have tertiary qualifications and current registration with AHPRA for Registered Nurses, Occupational Therapists, Psychologists or eligibility for membership of the Australian Association of Social Workers for Social Workers.
\You will also have demonstrated high-level clinical and consultancy skills, knowledge of assessment and evidence-based interventions, as well as proven ability to think critically, problem solve and make timely, sound clinical decisions.
\In addition, you will have expertise in clinical leadership and supervision, upholding standards of clinical practice, and a thorough understanding of the legislative framework for working with children and adolescents with mental health problems.
