Energy and Infrastructure Lawyer

We are seeking a skilled Energy and Infrastructure Lawyer to join our high-performing team. As an Associate or Senior Associate, you will have the opportunity to work on exciting projects, advising clients on procurement, delivery, and operation of major infrastructure and energy projects.

Key Responsibilities include:

• Advising clients on strategic procurement processes, tender design, and bid support

• Drafting and negotiating project agreements, including EPCs, operations and maintenance contracts, and innovative delivery models

• Actively working with a diverse client base including investors, developers, financiers, and government

• Key Requirements include 2-7 years PAE in projects, energy, construction, or infrastructure law, strong experience in front-end projects, procurement, or project finance, excellent drafting skills and commercial acumen

• The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, confidence working with major clients, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced collaborative environment
