Senior Rail Engineering Leadership Role

We are seeking an experienced Senior Rail Engineer to lead high-profile rail infrastructure projects in our Brisbane office.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide strategic leadership and technical expertise to project teams, ensuring quality, timeliness, and coordination of project deliverables.
  • Contribute to the commercial success of projects and the team, and contribute to successful business development initiatives.
  • Liaise with clients and stakeholders to understand their needs and provide expert advice and guidance.
Requirements:
  • 15+ years of industry experience in project management or design management of rail infrastructure.
  • Proven experience in managing project and design delivery across multiple projects.
  • Demonstrated leadership and management skills, including the ability to motivate and direct high-performing teams.
  • High level consulting and client management skills, including negotiation and conflict resolution.
Suitable Applicants:
  • Tertiary qualification or engineering degree.
  • Certified Professional Engineer or on their way to attaining certification.
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills, including written and verbal communication.
