About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Packaging Machine Operator to join our team at PepsiCo. As a key member of our production team, you will be responsible for operating heavy machinery equipment, maintaining a continuous flow of product, and troubleshooting and monitoring the palletising automation and machinery.

Key Responsibilities

  • Operate heavy machinery equipment to maintain a continuous flow of product
  • Troubleshoot and monitor the palletising automation and machinery
  • Manage production lines, equipment calibration, and monitoring
  • Prepare and complete accurate records
  • Clean and maintain a safe working environment
  • Commit to quality assurance and complete quality checks as required

Requirements

  • Previous experience with automated machinery, palletising, and robot operation within a food manufacturing environment
  • A mechanically-minded individual with a high aptitude in automated equipment operation
  • An understanding of HACCP and GMP with strong attention to detail, safety, and reliability
  • A flexible and energetic approach to ensure the job gets done right the first time while maintaining safe working techniques
  • Experience with SAP is advantageous
