Job Title: Packaging Machine Operator

We are seeking a skilled Packaging Machine Operator to join our team at PepsiCo. As a key member of our production team, you will be responsible for operating heavy machinery equipment, maintaining a continuous flow of product, and ensuring the highest quality standards are met.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Operate and maintain automated machinery equipment to ensure efficient production
  • Troubleshoot and monitor palletising automation and machinery to minimize downtime
  • Manage production lines, equipment calibration, and monitoring to optimize performance
  • Prepare and complete accurate records to track production and quality
  • Clean and maintain a safe working environment to ensure compliance with HACCP and GMP standards
Requirements:
  • Previous experience with automated machinery, palletising, and robot operation in a food manufacturing environment
  • Strong mechanical aptitude and ability to operate complex equipment
  • Understanding of HACCP and GMP principles with a focus on quality assurance and safety
  • Flexible and energetic approach to ensure job completion and safe working techniques
  • Experience with SAP advantageous
