Native Seed Project Manager

We are seeking a seasoned professional to lead our native seed project over the next three years.
This is a key role that will involve reviewing and adapting processes, designing procedures, and delivering results. The successful candidate will have a high degree of autonomy, reporting directly to the C-Suite.
Responsibilities:- Process Review and Adaptation: Ensure that all processes align with the requirements for each native plant species
- Procedure Design and Implementation: Develop and implement procedures related to priming, treating, and quality control of seeds
- Project Updates: Provide monthly project updates to stakeholders
- Leadership Skills: Proven experience in project and team management, with a track record of success
- Documentation and Communication: Excellent documentation and communication skills, with the ability to distill complex information into clear, concise language
- Scientific Literacy: Understanding of the scientific method and ability to read and interpret scientific literature
- Native Australian Botany: Experience working with native Australian flora is highly regarded
- Seed Technology: Knowledge of seed treatment technologies and their applications
- Startup Environment: Previous experience working in a startup environment would be beneficial
