At Turner & Townsend, we are seeking a highly skilled Senior Cost Manager to join our team in Australia. This is an exciting opportunity for a seasoned professional to work on a wide range of projects, including Real Estate, Defence, and Infrastructure initiatives.

About the Role

We are looking for someone with extensive experience in MEP cost planning, estimating, and reporting. As a Senior Cost Manager, you will be responsible for managing complex projects and programs, developing working relationships, and driving projects to successful completion.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the design process to achieve client requirements and manage expectations
  • Review project plans and specifications, scheduling, costs saving measures, discrepancies, and potential construction problems
  • Chair project/site meetings with clients, consultants, and contractors
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • RICS, AIQS with Construction Management, Quantity Surveying or MEP Engineering degree
  • Extensive experience in MEP cost management, including cost planning, estimating, and reporting
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
