We are seeking a skilled horticulturist to oversee the maintenance of residential gardens.

About the Role:

As a gardening professional, you will be responsible for maintaining beautiful and well-manicured gardens to a high standard. This includes completing general garden maintenance tasks such as mowing, weeding, mulching, hedging, irrigation repairs, pest and disease identification and control.

You will take ownership of your client portfolio and drive the progression of the gardens you work in. You will be part of a positive team environment with a willingness to share your skills and knowledge with colleagues.

About You:

To succeed in this role, you must have:

  • A certificate or degree in horticulture, parks and gardens, landscaping, or equivalent experience in the industry.
  • Demonstrated knowledge of all aspects of gardening, including plant care and management.
  • Prior experience in residential garden maintenance, pest and disease control, and a current driver's license.
  • Strong leadership qualities, with a hands-on approach, ability to work collaboratively as part of a team, and pride in being part of a great company culture.
