Motion plays a crucial role in expressing our brand across various digital environments.

As a Motion Designer, you'll develop motion systems that are scalable, flexible, and aligned with our visual identity and product design standards.

This is a mid-weight role with significant responsibility and autonomy, but no leadership or management position.

You'll be ideal for someone who excels in motion, thrives in a systems-oriented environment, and can deliver high-quality work across tools and formats.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and build motion systems for use across product, marketing, and brand
  • Create reusable motion libraries and templates that support consistency
  • Collaborate closely with designers, engineers, and marketers to ensure seamless integration
  • Develop animations and motion graphics in both 2D and 3D environments
  • Contribute to the evolution of our design system with motion as a key component
  • Document motion standards and workflows to facilitate team adoption
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest tools and platforms and identify opportunities for improvement or innovation
Requirements:
  • 3-5 years of experience in motion design, preferably across brand and product
  • Proficiency in After Effects, Cinema 4D, or similar motion design tools
  • Experience with 3D tools like Blender or Houdini
  • Understanding of motion systems and ability to create scalable, consistent assets
  • Strong foundation in animation principles, timing, and visual hierarchy
  • Effective communication skills for cross-functional collaboration
  • Adaptability across disciplines and willingness to learn new tools and formats
  • Bonus: Experience with interactive or real-time environments, including web animation or game engines
