Creative Motion Designer

- Develop reusable motion libraries and templates that support consistency
- Work closely with designers, engineers, and marketing teams to ensure smooth integration
- Deliver high-quality animations and motion graphics in both 2D and 3D environments
- Contribute to the evolution of our design system with motion as a key component
- Document motion standards and workflows to support team adoption
- Stay current with tools and platforms and identify opportunities for improvement or innovation
- 3-5 years of experience in motion design, preferably across brand and product
- Proficiency in After Effects, Blender, or similar motion design tools
- Experience with 3D tools such as Cinema 4D
- Understanding of motion systems and ability to create scalable, consistent assets
- Strong foundation in animation principles, timing, and visual hierarchy
- Ability to communicate effectively with cross-functional teams
- Willingness to work across disciplines and adapt to new tools and formats
