Lead Health and Safety Specialist

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and values-driven individual to lead our health and safety team. As a key member of our Executive Office, you will be responsible for promoting and improving the health and well-being of our community.

Main Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and implement strategies to improve quality and patient safety across the organization.

  2. Collaborate with stakeholders to align quality and patient safety activities with State priorities and National Standards.

  3. Manage the day-to-day operations of the Safety & Quality Performance Department and provide guidance to team members.

Requirements:
  • Australian citizenship or permanent residency is an essential requirement.
  • Candidates must have a proven track record in leading health and safety initiatives.
  • The ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams is critical for success in this role.
