Key Responsibilities
  • On-Site Technical Support
    • Install and commission energy storage systems on-site, ensuring compliance with industry standards
    • Diagnose and resolve malfunctions efficiently, documenting all details
  • Customer Training and Guidance
    • Train customers on optimal usage, maintenance, and troubleshooting of energy storage systems
  • Product Quality Feedback
    • Gather customer feedback on product performance, quality, and new requirements
    • Report findings to inform product improvement initiatives
  • Technical Documentation Management
    • Prepare comprehensive service reports and update technical documentation as products evolve
  • Customer Relationship Maintenance
    • Maintain regular communication with customers, visiting sites to understand their needs and address inquiries
Requirements

We seek recent graduates with a strong background in the electrical or renewable energy sector, particularly those with experience in PV/ESS installations, commissioning, and repair. Candidates should possess excellent analytical skills, enabling them to diagnose faults and troubleshoot complex issues. Familiarity with Australian/international codes, such as AS/NZS 3000:2018, IEC 62619, and UL1973, is highly desirable. Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English are essential for effective collaboration with cross-functional teams. A driver's license is preferable but not mandatory.
