Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and customer-focused Sales Associate to join our team over the festive season. As a Sales Associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, managing stock levels, and maintaining a visually appealing store environment.

Our ideal candidate will have a passion for delivering an outstanding customer experience, be proactive in resolving issues, and possess excellent communication skills.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer service by engaging with customers, answering questions, and offering product recommendations.
  • Manage stock levels effectively, including receiving shipments, processing returns, and maintaining accurate inventory records.
  • Maintain a visually appealing store environment by adhering to visual merchandising standards and ensuring a clean and organized workspace.
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve sales targets and meet customer needs.
