Position Summary

The Full-Time Associate assists the store management team with daily operations, including providing excellent customer service, driving sales, merchandising, and other duties as assigned. All activities should be performed professionally, courteously, reliably, and with a results-oriented attitude.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities
  • Build customer relationships through excellent service, assisting customers professionally and honestly, and helping them find suitable products.
  • Display basic fashion and trend knowledge, sell appropriate merchandise, and build customer relationships.
  • Assist with shipments, merchandising, restocking, and pricing.
  • Maintain a positive, enthusiastic attitude.
  • Follow all company policies and procedures.
  • Support training in selling and merchandising techniques.
  • Help minimize inventory shrinkage by preventing shoplifting and internal theft, following loss prevention policies.
  • Enforce proper point of sale procedures, balance cash, and investigate discrepancies.
  • Keep management informed of significant developments and potential issues.
  • Maintain a neat and organized sales environment.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

A standard work week is 35-40 hours.

Qualifications

To succeed, the employee should be able to perform all duties satisfactorily. Requirements include:

Education and Experience
  • Previous retail or customer service experience preferred but not required.
  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
Skills and Knowledge
  • Excellent command of English for effective communication.
  • Leadership skills and ability to work independently.
  • Flexible availability to meet business needs.
  • Basic fashion and style knowledge, with a desire to work with customers.
  • Ability to work as part of a team and handle responsibilities related to street lifestyle customers.
Physical Requirements
  • Stand for extended periods, lift/carry/push/pull up to 50 lbs.
  • Work extended hours during busy periods.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Reliable transportation required.
