We are seeking a seasoned executive to lead our business in Queensland. As a leading provider of energy solutions, we deliver government-backed energy upgrades and renewable energy projects to residential and commercial clients.

Your Role

This is not a 'sit back and oversee' kind of job. We're looking for someone who knows the industry and is ready to take charge from day one. You'll be responsible for leading day-to-day operations, managing teams, improving systems, and ensuring the business runs efficiently across sales, installation, compliance, and administration functions.

  • Oversee all key departments: sales, admin, operations, and installations
  • Ensure smooth and compliant operations
  • Drive performance, productivity, and project timelines
  • Work closely with senior management on strategic growth initiatives
  • Identify process gaps and implement efficient systems
  • Report regularly on key metrics, risks, and team performance
