Leadership Role Opportunity

Seeking a skilled and experienced Centre Manager to oversee the day-to-day operation of our Milestones Lake Albert service. In this leadership role, you will drive high quality care, financial sustainability, compliance, and growth across the service.

  • Ensure compliance with Work Health and Safety policies and escalate/report serious incidents promptly.
  • Oversee complete day-to-day running of the service, providing top quality care and education throughout 3 key developmental milestones.
  • Become the key touchstone for our existing families, handling feedback and customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with Quality Advisors to meet/exceed National Quality Standards, uphold cleanliness and safety, and address serious service issues.
  • Lead occupancy growth, workforce management, and employee development including recruitment, training, performance, and retention.
  • Assist nearby Centre Managers in an advisory capacity, including experience to step up as multi-site manager in times of absence.
About You
  • Proven experience as a Centre Manager in early childhood education, with multi-site experience desirable.
  • Diploma in Children's Services, or equivalent qualification.
  • Sound understanding of the Early Years Learning Framework and National Quality Framework.
  • Strong leadership, budgeting, and time management skills, with attention to detail.
  • Valid Working with Children Check, current Driver's Licence, and a proactive, team-oriented attitude.
