Business Operations Role

We are seeking a skilled Business Operations professional to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in scaling global presence, standing up new business functions, and making high-stakes decisions with autonomy.

Key responsibilities include partnering closely with leadership, rotating through high-priority business functions such as growth, strategic finance, and partnerships, and designing solutions to problems across operations, GTM, and customer delivery.

The successful candidate will be an equal parts operator, strategist, and builder who thrives on ambiguity and context-switching. They will take ownership of complex initiatives and navigate unstructured problems.

Requirements

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work autonomously and make high-stakes decisions
