As a key member of our sales team, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer experiences through knowledgeable service and seamless execution of operational processes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide outstanding customer service by offering expert advice and guidance on our products and services.
  • Utilize tools and resources to stay up-to-date with the latest products and trends, ensuring you can share your knowledge with customers.
  • Contribute to the smooth operations of the store by effectively managing stock and loss prevention.
  • Maintain visual merchandising standards and ensure the store is presented in accordance with brand guidelines.
  • Embody the Country Road Group values and collaborate with your store team to deliver results.
