Clinical Research Associate Job Opportunity

Clinical research associates play a crucial role in the implementation and monitoring of clinical trials. As part of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring compliance with local regulatory requirements and ICH GCP guidelines.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Implement and monitor clinical trials to ensure sponsor and investigator obligations are met.
  • Conduct site assessments to qualify potential investigative sites and initiate clinical trials.
  • Lead site startup activities, including regulatory document collection and budget negotiations.
  • Verify the accuracy of clinical trial data collected.
  • Provide regular site status updates to team members and update trial management tools.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in a clinical, scientific, or health-related field from an accredited institution.
  • At least 2-5 years of clinical monitoring experience, including on-site monitoring.
  • Proficient in feasibility assessments, site selection, and site start-up activities.
  • Experienced in Phase 1 dose escalation studies and oncology trials.
  • Proactive, detail-oriented, and collaborative with excellent communication skills.
  • Familiar with ICH-GCP guidelines and applicable local regulatory requirements.
