Job Role: Administrative Assistant

This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated and adaptable administrative professional to join our team in a temporary backfill role.

The successful candidate will provide high-level administrative support, manage meetings, assist with procurement processes, monitor and reconcile financial data, and contribute to a safe and collaborative work environment.

  • Provide administrative support including preparing correspondence, briefing notes, and documentation.
  • Support meetings with secretariat functions such as agendas, minutes, and follow-up actions.
  • Assist with procurement processes, raise purchase orders, and process payments.
  • Monitor and reconcile financial data and maintain accurate records for assets and equipment.
  • Update and maintain project systems, document management tools, and correspondence tracking systems.
  • Compile and analyze data to support reporting and decision-making.

We are looking for a professional who enjoys variety and is looking to contribute to the delivery of infrastructure projects across Queensland. The ideal candidate will have previous experience in an administrative or project support role, strong organizational skills, excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills, and confidence working with systems and financial processes.
