About the Role

We are seeking a Corporate Store Manager to join our team in the Albion area. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for driving store success through effective leadership, strategic planning, and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead by example and demonstrate a strong work ethic, with a focus on delivering exceptional customer service and store standards.
  • Recruit, coach, and develop a high-performing store team, fostering a positive and inclusive work environment.
  • Contribute to a safe and positive store environment, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Drive store success through key performance indicators (KPIs), targets, and financial performance.

Requirements
  • Passion for customer service and a strong desire to deliver exceptional experiences.
  • Fast-paced leadership experience, with a lead-by-example approach and a willingness to get involved in the day-to-day operations of the store.
  • Enthusiasm and ability to coach and motivate your team to succeed in an ever-changing environment.
  • Strong communication and influencing skills, with the ability to build relationships with colleagues, customers, and stakeholders.
