Key Responsibilities

The role of this position will play a pivotal part in transitioning from an importer-based model to a fully integrated supply chain operation.

  • Lead the full supply chain function in Australia, from import to final delivery
  • Manage relationships with third-party logistics providers, including cold chain logistics
  • Oversee import/export operations across multiple ports
  • Collaborate with global teams as part of a broader strategic and operational planning process
  • Support the buildout of local operations and transition to a direct-distribution model
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to have:

  • Proven experience in fast-moving consumer goods supply chain management, logistics, and import/export operations
  • A strong working knowledge of demand forecasting, inventory control, and third-party logistics management
  • Experience supporting a market shift from third-party importer to direct distribution
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to work remotely and cross-functionally across global time zones
