Key Responsibilities- Deliver dynamic training to students, support them through their pathway, and mark their assignments
- Support students as they complete 160 hours of industry work placement, as placed by Stirling's Work Placement Coordinators
- Work towards Stirling's compliance requirements, such as completing attendance registers or supporting surveys
- Diploma in Mental Health and significant work experience in Mental Health or related industry
- Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (TAE40116), or a willingness to upskill/gain this qualification
- Passion to train and motivate others
- Ability to deliver dynamic engaging training both online and face to face
