We are a leading manufacturer of construction and mining equipment.
The Opportunity:
This permanent role will allow you to access OEM training while building a long-term career in a global company. Responsibilities include:
- Ensuring all new machine assembly is completed as scheduled, whilst maintaining the quality of all machines that are assembled on site.
- Ensuring all onsite builds and commissioning for mining equipment are completed as scheduled, whilst setting and maintaining a high quality of work.
- Maintain housekeeping standards within your allocated area.
- Liaise closely with supervisors and leading hands to ensure that the customer receives exactly what they have ordered and delivery targets are achieved.
- Assisting supervisors with other related duties.
- Responsible for delivery and site assembly for mining machines.
- Responsible to maintain build tooling, containers and Hydraulic Power Pack units.
Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you will need to hold relevant Australian (or Australian recognised) mobile plant trade qualifications, have previous experience with the assembly, overhaul, repair and servicing of mechanical and hydraulic components on construction and/or mining equipment, possess a strong work ethic and excellent communication skills, have good communication skills and a dedication to providing quality work, and must have Forklift/ dogging/ Rigging and Working at Heights certifications.
