Nursing Care Assistant Position

This position involves delivering high-quality patient care under the direction of a Registered Nurse.
The Assistant in Nursing collaborates with individuals and healthcare teams to achieve person-centered care objectives.
This role requires strong delegation, communication, and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to maintain accurate records and contribute to quality improvement initiatives.
Responsibilities:- Deliver high-quality patient care under the supervision of a Registered Nurse
- Support nursing teams in delivering person-centered care
- Maintain accurate records and participate in quality improvement initiatives
- Current Health Service Assistant Certificate III (Acute Care) or equivalent qualification
- Demonstrated understanding of delegation and ability to work within a plan of care under supervision
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills
- Demonstrated capacity to identify and resolve conflict situations
